The JACC is the location for Nia, a sensory-based movement practice that draws from martial arts, dance arts and healing arts at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23 at the JACC. A Nia master trainer will do a discussion introduction, the dance class is 55 minutes, then will have follow-up Q&A. No experience necessary.
